Questions
How far in advance should I book InStyle Events?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings, and 3 to 6 months for corporate or milestone events. Our calendar fills quickly, particularly during summer wedding season. That said, we do accommodate last-minute enquiries where availability permits.
Do you travel outside of Surrey and Vancouver?
Yes. While our studio is based in Surrey, BC, we serve clients across the entire Lower Mainland — including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and Abbotsford. For events beyond the Lower Mainland, we are happy to discuss travel arrangements and any applicable fees during your consultation.
Can I book just one service rather than a full package?
Absolutely. Many clients book us for a single celebration within a larger event — such as a Jago, a Reception, or just the wedding ceremony itself. We are equally happy to take on one occasion or the full multi-day celebration. We are flexible and will tailor any scope to your needs.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?
Yes — your initial consultation with our team is completely complimentary and carries no obligation. We use this session to understand your vision, share our portfolio, and determine whether InStyle Events is the right fit for your event. Consultations can be held in person at our Surrey studio, via video call, or by phone.
